16. "The insult
against Allah"
| |
1.
That which is revealed unto you from thy Lord is the Truth, but most of humanity do not yet believe.
2.
Some of the smart ones, the ones who know that calls to violence and anger shall not defeat the truth shall try a different tack.
3.
Like crafting lawyers they shall plot and probe for any weakness.
4.
Some will say “we abhore violence. We love life. It is you who are in error. For Allah would never permit the Qur’an to be changed, for to do so would mean He has admitted an error.”
5.
They will be full of pride in their cunning.
6.
Surely such a claim is difficult to refute. For if the Qur’an is indeed the word of God, then how might He permit His word to be changed, no matter how credible the claim?
7.
Indeed, if it was the will of Allah that not one hair on your head be lost, it would be so.
8.
So too, if Allah had wanted, He could have destroyed every vile and twisted word that has poisoned his message along with His truth hidden by these blasphemies in the Qur’an of old.
9.
Indeed, do you think Noah was the only good man left on the Earth of his time?
10.
The Lord has allowed destruction before in which both good and bad have been swept up, the clean the floor and start again.
11.
But He has not. |
12.
No one knows the will of Allah, except Himself.
13.
To Him alone is known is known His plan for us.
14.
Rather than condemn the twisted and contorted Qur’an as it has become, He has directed and guided its cleansing.
15.
He has breathed new life into it.
16.
He has raised it up from the darkness that possessed it.
17.
He has been the architect of its resurrection.
18.
As if a literal promise of our resurrection on the Day of Judgment, he shows us his compassion and wisdom.
19.
Yes, he has the power to destroy, but for greater is the power to forgive, to heal.
20.
As for those who craft their words like many leaders- their arrogance in making demands on Allah in claiming by their statements they are intimate with the will of God reveal themselves to be frauds.
21.
It is for Allah to decide what is and what is not.
22.
It is for Allah to choose what will be and what will not.
23.
Praise be to the Lord of the Universe for his compassion in showing us the way, in revealing the truth, in urging the lies from our sight.
