| The Architect of One-Islam is Frank O'Collins. Frank O'Collins is also the architect of One-Heaven, One-Jerusalem and UCADIA. |

| Exclusion of the Architect of One-Islam from holding any official position | ||
| According to Chapter 39 of the Constitution of One Islam, the Architect is excluded from eligibility for membership of One Islam, any official recognised position within One Islam and may not be recognized as any great spirit by One Islam. | ||
| He is cast aside, not in disgrace, but to ensure that not one faithful member of Islam shall doubt the true and ultimate author of the words of the great and holy constitution of One-Islam. | ||
| It is by the will and request of Allah that he step aside, that he shall never be permitted to be mentioned in any prayer service, that he shall never be honoured with any title or any blessing from One-Islam. This is so that there can be no doubt of the origin and truth of One-Islam. | ||
