Members who qualify can stand as a candidate in elections of local,regional, national and international positions.

The fair elections of all officials within One-Islam

  When the Prophet (pbuh) first introduced the nature of Islam to his followers, he also followed the directives of Allah that all who follow would be properly elected by members of Islam. Thus the first few leaders (Caliphs) were elected to their positions.
  One-Islam sees the return to this first rule and promise of Islam. All official positions within One-Islam, from the Imam Mahdi, to Caliph, to Ayatollah to Imam and all Assemblies are elected by the members of Islam.
  This means that a humble member of One-Islam may be elected to the highest office if they qualify to stand as a candidate.
  What is a candidate?
  A candidate is any member of One Islam who upon making a valid application to stand for office seeks to be elected to local, regional, national or international office.
  There are two (2) types of candidates, independent candidates and faction endorsed candidates known as "endorsed candidates".
  + An independent candidate is a person who seeks office free of any endorsement of a faction;
  + An endorsed candidate is any member of One Islam who winning proper endorsement at a Convention is seeking election of office in a future election for local, regional, national or supreme government level of Islam.
