Supreme systems
 
  Article 96- Health Systems  
96.1 Health System  
  The health and well being of all members of Islam shall be a primary concern of the organisation. It shall remain a primary goal of service to all the faithful members of Islam that the supreme, national, regional and local administration of Islam assist in the better health and well being of all members and all persons.
 
  It shall remain a primary object of Islam to ensure that all the faithful have access to the very best health care services.
 
96.2 Director of Supreme Health Systems  
  The Director of Supreme Health Systems of Islam shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the health systems and assets of Islam and the operation of the Supreme Health Agency of Islam.
 
  The Director of Supreme Health Systems of Islam shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the Imam Mahdi upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term the Imam Mahdi deems is appropriate.
 
  The role of Director of Supreme Health Systems of Islam shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Health Systems of Islam.
 
  The Director of Supreme Health Systems of Islam shall also be a member of the Supreme Board ("the Blessed") charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of Islam.  
96.3 Supreme Health Secretariat of Islam  
  The Supreme Health Secretariat of Islam shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Health Systems of Islam and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council.
 
96.4 Supreme Health Agency of Islam  
  By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of knowledge and information services for Islam. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Health Agency of Islam.  
  By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Health Agency of Islam shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Knowledge Systems of Islam upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Knowledge Systems of Islam.  
  It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Health Agency of Islam to ensure that the complete knowledge and information needs of the organisation are considered as a whole and are met according to budgeted requirements and priorities.  
  Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for handling the Supreme Lists of Islam which are then used by different parts of the organisation to provide additional services.  
  By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of health services for Islam. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Health Agency of Islam.
