Article 52-The Seal |

| 52.1 |
The Great Seal of The One Islam |
|
| |
As this constitution shall be known as a new covenant for the family of Islam, by the power of this constitution a great seal shall be forged and shall be known as the Great Seal of Islam. |
|

It shall be entrusted to the Imam Mahdi to protect and honor the Great Seal of Islam, for its imprint shall represent nothing less than the existence of the word and law of Allah himself, absolutely. As such, the Great Seal of Islam shall be one of the most sacred of objects of One Islam. |
|

The Seal shall help the true followers of Islam know by which the words of wisdom and compassion of Allah shall be known. Where it exists, it is truly the words of Allah to the faithful. |
|

As such, it is only upon the approval of the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council that the Great Seal of Islam shall be instanced on a document or deed, excepting those documents prescribed as mandatory for the Imam Mahdi, Supreme Board and Supreme Council by this constitution. |

Unique Design of the Seal |

In recognition of the three (3) Great and Holy Spirits and Supreme Council of Saints elected at each Great Conclave of One Heaven once every one hundred years, the Great Seal of the One Islam shall reflect the unique term of the specific Great and Holy Spirits and Supreme Council of Saints. |

At the conclusion of a Great Conclave of One Heaven, a new Great Seal shall be forged reflecting the new officials and spiritual leadership of One Islam. |

Affixing the Great Seal |

The Supreme Council of the One Islam is to provide for the safe custody of the Seal, which may only be used by the authority of the Supreme Council excepting those documents listed as mandatory for The Imam Mahdi, Supreme Board and Supreme Council by this constitution. Every instrument to which the Seal is
affixed is to be signed by either the Imam Mahdi, or countersigned by the General Secretary of the Supreme Council or by or by another person appointed by the Supreme Council for the purpose. |

The Supreme Council may determine either generally or in any particular case that a signature may be affixed by a mechanical means specified in the determination. |

Certificate Seal |

| |
The organisation of One-Islam may have one or more duplicates of the Seal which are to be facsimiles of the Seal with the addition on their faces of the words "Certificate Seal" and which are to be known as Certificate Seals. Any certificate for shares, membership, certification, qualification or financial instruments issued under a Certificate Seal is deemed to be sealed with the Great Seal.
