| This constitution exists beyond the pen of the servant who has written these words. It exists on its own. It exists in the minds of all those who believe in the promise of the Lord that a better day will come, when all will be united in his name. | ||
| This constitution therefore has power. It is an instrument of power, of sacred and profound power. For it is both the gift of the almighty and a way. It is a sacred and mystical work that you give us. | ||
