| 48.1 | Authority of this constitution | |
| By his works we know his name. By his wisdom we know his words. His truth shines brighter than any diamond. We know it to be true because it opens our hearts and minds. | ||
| The authority of this constitution cannot be questioned. It is by its own admission what it is. No false claim of blasphemy can be charged against it. For words on their own, without wisdom have no meaning. Its authority reigns supreme because of what it describes. The one, the unity of the family of Islam, the gift of wisdom. | ||
| No charge of lesser work can hold against this document. Its clarity is sublime. That all those who profess to be true followers of the faith shall come together as one, for one purpose, to improve life, to bring life, to live life in his name, to show him great works of compassion and knowledge in his name, the honor life in his name. | ||
| 48.2 | Supreme Authority and Power of One-Islam | |
| By the power and authority of Article 132 of the Holy Constitution of One Heaven, the organisation of One-Islam is granted by Supreme Deed the right to represent the interests of One-Heaven on Earth. | ||
| The Supreme Deed shall represent a sacred object, which is first properly authorized, secondly under the Seal of One Heaven and thirdly records the Covenants of authority of the Holy Constitution of One Heaven. | ||
