| 47.1 | Constitution as an agreement | |
| This constitution is an agreement, a call to all faithful and true followers of the words of Allah to come together as one. To be united. That the sum of the whole is greater than its parts. | ||
| As an agreement, all true followers of Islam are bound by the rules and conditions of this constitution. | ||
| In agreeing to be one, in following the wisdom of the new covenant, all true followers of Islam must abide by the rules and conditions of this constitution. | ||
