Article 37- Holy Mecca- the state of One-Islam
37.1 The official recognition of Islam
One in six of humanity believe in the words of the Great Prophet (may his name be blessed) and the words of Allah under the faith of Islam. Yet while a similar number of people who profess the faith of Catholicism are recognized by the United Nations through the State of the Holy See (the Vatican), the followers of Islam have no official state of recognition.
While there are many states who profess to be founded on the principles of Islamic law, no one state leader or national government can legitimately claim to be the true spokespeople of all the followers of Islam. Only a state, recognized by the United Nations that truly represents all the members of Islam has legitimate claim for that purpose and authority.
Yet without such a state, without such recognition, the followers of Islam are treated as less than the Christian followers of states belonging to the United Nations.
37.2 This recognition of One-Islam and the Imam Mahdi as the leader of the state of One-Islam
By the power of the words of this constitution Allah himself gives a great gift to all the followers and believers in the words of the true prophet (may his name be blessed forever) in the elected leadership of a united Islam that may be legitimately called The Imam Mahdi and that under his leadership all the followers of Islam may be recognized as having the same and equal rights of Christians in the legitimate recognition of One-Islam as a state and member of the United Nations.
37.3 Supreme Authority and Power of One-Islam
By the power and authority of Article 132 of the Holy Constitution of One Heaven, the organisation of One-Islam is granted by Supreme Deed the right to represent the interests of One-Heaven on Earth.
The Supreme Deed shall represent a sacred object, which is first properly authorized, secondly under the Seal of One Heaven and thirdly records the Covenants of authority of the Holy Constitution of One Heaven.
As such it shall be regarded as a Supremely sacred and valuable object, to be held with great veneration.
By ownership and authority of the Supreme Deed of One-Islam, what is bound by the Imam Mahdi according to his authority and the Constitution of One-Islam shall also be recognized in One-Heaven. Similarly, what is stated in the constitution of One-Heaven shall be recognized by the Imam Mahdi and One-Islam on Earth. In this way, both Heaven and Earth shall be bound together and shall never again be separated.
By this constitution, by this covenant, it shall be the solemn duty of all leaders of states who profess a faithful service to the will of Allah and the words of the Great Prophet Mohammad (the blessed servant of God) to see the fulfillment of the will of Allah in ensuring the official recognition of the State of One Islam as an equal and permanent member of the United Nations.
Until the day this happens, there shall exist an continuing injustice towards every muslim in the recognition of Christians by the United Nations, but the lack of recognition of a state for all Islam.
