  Article 11- Allah  
11.1 Allah  
  Allah is recognized as the substance from which all life, the universe and existence springs. It is the collective mind of the universe expressed as a living set and a paradox.  
  Every thought, every heart beat, every grain of sand, everything is aspects of Allah.  
  This Covenant recognizes Allah as the most accurate name for the absolute, the divine, the one for which many names are given.  
11.2 The many names of Allah  
  This Covenant recognizes that Allah is not constricted to one name. He is all names. There are many blessed names for Allah. ALL, itself is a blessed name for Allah for it reveals from its form Awareness Loves Life.  
  Unique Collective Awareness is also another blessed name for Allah, for it reveals his form in this world in everything, all life, all rock, all air, in all existence.  
11.3 The wisdom of Allah  
  We see by this Covenant the wisdom of Allah revealed. Our destiny and his purpose. That is upon ourselves and our efforts, our beliefs and our strength that we bring forth his plan. It is by his divine wisdom we understand, but it is by our own hands he guides us to fulfil the dream of his faithful being one, the coming of a One Jerusalem.  
  By this Covenant, the wisdom of Allah shall be brought together as one great work- a living and open work that shall continue to grow and strengthen as Islam the One true religion grows. This great book, this great wisdom of Allah shall be known in three parts.
Primary– The primary works of all the great saints and prophets
Secondary-The works of elected officials of Islam
Tertiary-Texts deemed aligned to the great wisdom of Islam		  
  It is our responsibility, not his to see this document come true. It is our responsibility to bear witness to its message, its promise. It is up to each and every one of us to hear his words and decide our own fate in his eyes.  
11.4 The Great Spirit of Allah  
  We see in the most blessed of gifts, the Covenant of One Heaven the gift of the Great Spirit of Islam as supreme rules of heaven and earth of all the faithful to Allah. That in the fulfillment of prophecy by his word we shall elect his representative by election for one hundred years.
