| 4.1 | Existence of Islam | |
| Islam exists by virtue of this document exists. The ideas that are Islam exist so long as this document exists. | ||
| Islam shall exist beyond the physical page and manifest when individuals choose of their own accord to subscribe as members and agree to support the goals of Islam and the general rules of membership. | ||
| Beyond membership, Islam shall exist as a registered entity in cities, states and nations where permitted as membership grows to the point that enough members exist to financially support the existence of a local branch. | ||
| 4.2 | No force on Earth can end Islam | |
| No matter whether this document remains un manifested, no matter whether members cease and local branches close, Islam shall never cease to exist. So long as one copy of this document exists, Islam exists. | ||
