| In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. The Beneficent, the Merciful. Master of the Day of Judgment. |
||
| We do we serve Thee and do we beseech You for help. Keep us on the right path. The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not the path of those who do ill against your name, nor those who go astray. | ||
| That this document reveals your words and your will. That we are your most humble servants. That this document is by You and for Your divine purpose. | ||
| 1. | Heaven on Earth | |
| In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. This Constitution, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard against evil. | ||
| Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer anduse wisely what has been given them. And who believe in that which has been revealed by Your will and that which was revealed by your messengers and that they are sure of the hereafter. | ||
| These people are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. | ||
| That the faithful shall have a prophet on Earth to call their own, true to your name and the name of Islam. | ||
| That he shall be one of us, elected by all of your faithful, anointed by you as our one true representative on Earth. | ||
| That he shall be called The Imam Mahdi and all true followers of Islam shall follow his direction. | ||
| That his direction shall be in the honor of your word, the word of the great prophets and your divine inspiration. | ||
| 2. | A plan for that purpose | |
| Surely those who disbelieve, it being alike to them whether you warn them, or do not warn them, will not believe in Your promise. | ||
| And in bringing forth this great gift to all those faithful to Islam, shall it be by this holy Constitution. That there shall be no doubt as to that which it reveals to the faithful as truth. | ||
| Who break this covenant of Allah after its confirmation and cut asunder what Allah has ordered to be joined, and make mischief in the land; these it is that are the losers. | ||
| 3. | A knowledge structure for that purpose | |
| To this end we see the great and holy books of the prophets, the prayers of the faithful and the deeds of all honorable saints as witness to the structure of this constitution. | ||
| 4. | An organisation for that purpose | |
| In order to own, manage the affairs of all faithful and to ensure the representation of all true servants of Islam who believe in the authority of The Imam Mahdi that an organisation be established for that purpose. This shall be the one true representation of Islam, elected from all the true followers of Islam around the world. |

| 5. | A constitution to enable and empower the organisation |
|
| In order to function, this organisation needs a constitution to enable the definition of services, procedures and goals as well as the best focus of resources towards the support of the faith. | ||
| 6. | Enaction |
|
| We solemnly swear this document to be the one and only true Constitution by which The One Islam, The One True Faith, shall exist now and every point in its future. |
